Together with OSPT Alliance, Americaneagle.com is thrilled to announce the hosting an upcoming workshop on making fare collection systems future-proof with open, non-proprietary, and secure transit solutions. The event will take place on May 18th from 9am-4pm at Americaneagle.com’s headquarters, located at 2600 S. River Road in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The OSPT Alliance is a member-driven, international organization chartered to provide an open security standard for secure, reliable and cost effective fare collection solutions for the transit, access control, ticketing, and micro payment markets. Transportation Technology Partners (TTP), a division of Americaneagle.com dedicated to providing cutting edge electronic ticketing solutions, has a strong relationship with the OSPT Alliance.

The workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn more about OSPT Alliance’s CIPURSE™ open standard and discover the benefits it presents for transit solutions. Attendees will also hear from a number of influential speakers, and gain a greater understanding regarding the importance of open, non-proprietary standards for the future of transport ticketing.  This workshop is open to transit agencies and operators, handset manufacturers, service providers, product developers, banks, parking operators, transit consultants, and system integrators.

Following the workshop, we are also pleased to invite all attendees to cruise the Chicago skyline on a private yacht with dinner and cocktails. A shuttle bus will be provided to take all workshop attendees to Navy Pier in Chicago and back to Des Plaines after the cruise.

If you would like to join us for this event, or for more information to see if you qualify for attendance, please contact Laurent Cremer, Executive Director of OSPT Alliance, at [email protected], by Thursday, May 11, 2017.
